How to Describe Your Request

Be as specific as possible so we can identify the records you need. Helpful details include:

  • The type of record, such as meeting minutes, agendas, reports, or correspondence.
  • A date or date range.
  • The subject, meeting, incident, or project involved.
  • Names of people or departments associated with the records, if known.

You do not need to know the exact document title. Describe what you are looking for in your own words.

Before You Submit

Board meeting agendas and minutes may already be available on our website. Check the Board Meetings page to see whether the records you need are posted.

Use the “Submit a Public Records Request” button below to open the request form.

Delivery Preferences

Use the form to select how you would like to receive the records. If you prefer electronic copies, provide an email address where you can receive them. Include any special delivery needs in your request.

Fees and Cost Preferences

If you would like a cost estimate before charges are incurred, select that option on the request form. You may also enter an optional dollar amount above which District staff should contact you before proceeding. Leave this field blank if you do not wish to specify an amount.

Use the button below to submit your request. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email. To clarify or update your request, reply to that email.
